Yellowbellys of Bailgate is a new concept in shopping with a vision to minimise the business’s impact on the environment – a local shop with a local theme for local people and visitors alike. Situated in Bailgate which is at the heart of Lincoln’s historic and tourist area, Yellowbellys will be transforming what has been a health food store for the past 30 years. This retail outlet will be a launch-pad for a fresh and exciting shopping experience for Lincoln. This will move the existing emphasis away from simply 'health food' to an outlet which will serve as a one-stop shop, an alternative store catering for the diverse dietary requirements demanded by today's society.
